Shipping Charges
● Pricing: While our product prices include GST, shipping and delivery costs are calculated separately based on the weight and volume of your package.
● Waivers: We reserve the right to adjust or waive shipping charges depending on your order value. Currently, we offer free shipping for all orders over INR 25,000 within India and USD 1,000 for international orders.
Delivery Time
● Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days. Before dispatch, we will contact you to share a video of the product and its condition while being packed.
● Most orders reach their destination within 4-5 working days. Deliveries will be made to the address provided during the order placement.
Product Condition
If you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition or notice any tampering or damage to the packaging upon delivery, please document the issue (a video recording of the damages is essential). Charges and Other Terms
